NXT GEN Rugby is dedicated to the growth & progression of grassroots rugby in America. For the USA to be competitive in international rugby, it starts with the development of our youth.

We are focused on the high level skills, knowledge base, and the constant progression of youth players to be successful at the next level of play.

As former players, our coaching staff noticed the gap in youth development in American rugby - opportunity. There are few places that players of all skill levels can go to truly learn, develop, and gain opportunities.

That’s where we come in.

NXT GEN Rugby gives back to our youth by hosting camps, going on tours, private sessions, strength & conditioning, and helping players gain exposure.

Since 2024 NXT GEN has helped over 100 youth athletes gain collegiate scholarships.
